DARE TO RACE ONTARIO,
CALIFORNIA |

For the second year heavy rains were predicted all day long to pound the Ontario region @ 80%. Riders still came out to race the first of five of the Ontario Series. Early morning rains slow down the 55+ races until the sun came out drying the streets for the rest of the day. When riders lined up at the start of our main event of the day dark clouds moved in and rain was the order of the day. The pro race was shorten to 1 hour because of the rains. A two man breakaway form with a few laps to go, Ryan Lane once again wins the Pro race for LaGrange, right behind him Joe Garcia/SBW taking the 2nd spot in the successful breakaway (see photo below). Marty Nothsten of Navigators takes the 3rd spot in the chase group with Remi McManns/Subway and Rigo Meza/DARE right behind him for 5th place. We like to thank all everyone for spending the day with us. We also like to thank our volunteers and everyone for coming out and supporting our event in such bad weather.
